National Assembly House
 Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban
(National Parliament House):
Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban (The National Parliament Building) at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, designed by the famous architect Louis I Kahn, is known throughout the region for its distinctive architectural features. The main building is surrounded by a lake which also doubles as a reflecting pool and in set amidst spacious lawns.

Banga Bhaban:
Bangabhaban is the official residence of the head of the state president of Bangladesh. Located in the capital Dhaka, the building was built in 1964 as the office cum residence of the provincial governor of the then East Pakistan. It was named as Bangabhaban after the Independence'

Shakaribazar:

This is a narrow street connecting Nawabpur Road with Islampur Road. The street is flanked by shops with conch shell bangles, musical instruments, statues and costumes. Islampur also boasts the guild of gold and silver-smiths.


Sadarghat (Launch/Steamer Station):

Sadarghat is one of the most remarkable areas in Dhaka, situated a little left in front of the Ahsan Manzil. Sadarghat stands as a river front on the famous river the Buriganga and related with the mainstream of development during Mughal and British rule. Many historical remains of that period still exists within this area.Now a days Sadarghat is one of the busiest riverfront of Bangladesh from where big steamer, cargo vessels, motor launches carry passengers as well as goods to from southern districts of Bangladesh. Multipurpose trace activities involving huge number of traders within less than a kilometer road between Sadarghat    riverfront to Badamtoli is an overwhelming experience for the foreign.
Botanical Garden, Mirpur, Dhaka

National Botanical Garden :
Located at Mirpur, near Dhaka Zoo, this garden has a collection of nearly 100 species of local and foreign plants; 100 varieties of roses in the rose corner, 100 varieties of bamboo in the bamboo grove. Open: Saturday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-5 :00 p.m. 

National Park :
Scenery at National Park 

Situated at Bhawal, 40 kilometers north of Dhaka on Trisal-Mymensingh highway, the National Park spreads on 16,000 acres, with national recreational forests and animals, including small tigers, leopards, small bears, monkeys, porcupines and foxes. There are 20 picnic spots and 6 rest-houses, which can be booked in advance at the Divisional Forest office, Mohakhali, Dhaka. Tel: 880-2-8814700.




Dhaka Zoo:
Animal, Dhaka Zoo
Established on 230 acres of land, this zoo at Mirpur has nearly 1500 animals and birds belonging to 128 species. Busy enclosures are those of lions, Royal Bengal Tigers, panthers, deer, monkeys, chimpanzees, pythons, malaysian tapir, orangotang, crocodiles, and elephants, among others. Open: Daily 8:00 am- 6:00 pm. Tickets are available at the gate.

Batalli Hill, Chittagong:

The Batali Hill is the highest hill within the Chittagong Metropolitan area. It is situated in the Tiger Pass area of the city, only 1 km. from the Zero point. From the peak of the Batali Hill one can have a clear birds eye view of the city. a large number of people ascends at the top of the hill to fill their lungs with the fresh air, and to enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the sunset in the Bay of Bangal. The tourists too have a glance of the mouth of the Karnafuli, a comprehensive portion of the Bay of Bangal, The Jetties of the Chittagong Sea port and a large portion of the city Chittagong DC Hill
Lake next to the Batalli Hill
DC Hill is location is only only one km. away from the Zero point. As the official resident of the Deputy Commissioner (D.C) is situated on the peak of this hill, so it is called as D.C Hill. Various types of flowering and fruit-bearing trees are plan fully planted encircling the slopes of the whole hill. Day long colorful programs are held in the front side slope of the hill at the first day of Bangali New Year (Pahela Baishakh) and therefore the hill is considered as a place of cultural and historical importance.

Rajshahi ( A natural silk predicting center)

Rajshahi has been the most glorious period of Bengal's Pala dynasty. It is famous for pure silk, mangoes and lichies. Attractive silk products are cheaper. A visit to Varendra Research Museum at the heart of the city would be most rewarding. There are also a number of ancient mosques, shrines and temples in and around Rajshahi. Connected with Dhaka by road, rail, river and air. Rajshahi is located on the bank of the river Padma.
Bangabandu Jamuna Bridge

Bangabandu Jamuna Bridge
A milestone in the history of modern development of Bangladesh. It is the single largest project Bangladesh has ever implemented. The bridge was constructed on the river Jamuna connecting east and north-western region of the country. The 4.8 km. long bridge was constructed at a cost of US$ 950 million thus creating an uninterrupted surface transport facility from Teknaf, southernmost tip of Bangladesh to Tetulia, the northern tip of Bangladesh. Construction of this bridge ushered a new vista to national integration, economic rejuvenation of the northern region,
Madhabkunda Waterfall

About 3 km. from Dakhinbagh railway station, and up a windy road one comes accross the lovely waterfall of Madhabkunda. It attracts large number of tourists every year. Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation offers restaurant, retiring room, picnic and parking facilities for the visitors.
Tamabil: 
Very attractive tourist spot
Situated amidst splendid panorama, Tamabil is a border outpost on Sylhet - Shilong Road, about 55 km. from Sylhet town. Besides enchanting views of the area one can have a glimpse of the waterfalls across the border and rolling stones from hills. Other places of tourist attractions in Sylhet include Jaintiapur and Haripur Gas Field.
